Your client's tutor will provide him/her with a business card with the tutor's
contact information. Your client should provide 24 hours notice directly to the
tutor if he/she needs to cancel a scheduled tutoring session. Missed scheduled
tutoring appointments are billed the minimum one hour fee.
For the benefit of the clients', all of our tutors are required to provide us
with a current police check.
The information with which you provide us regarding your client is kept strictly
confidential. It is only used for the purpose for which you give it to us, that
is, to set your client up with tutoring support. By asking us to connect you
with a tutor, you are giving ‘implied consent’ for us to share your client's
contact information and details about your tutoring requirements. Your client's
tutor is required to respect your client's confidentiality.
