For your convenience your tutor will provide you with a business card with his
or her contact information. Please provide 24 hours notice directly to your
tutor if you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session. You will be required
to pay the minimum one hour fee should you miss a scheduled tutoring

For your benefit of your clients', all of our tutors are required to provide us
with a current police check.
The information with which you provide us regarding your client is kept strictly
confidential. It is only used for the purpose for which you give it to us, that
is, to set your client up with tutoring support. By asking us to connect you
with a tutor, you are giving ‘implied consent’ for us to share your client's
contact information and details about your tutoring requirements. Your client's
tutor is required to respect your client's confidentiality.
